Prices

All prices are stated in British Pounds Stirling. Prices exclude taxes, local import duties or other surcharges that are raised by your government upon import of goods. ROSALIE MCMILLAN reserves the right to review the prices displayed on this website at any time.

Products

As each piece is handcrafted and unique, often using organic Materials, there may be slight variations between the images displayed on this website and the piece you receive. Each piece will be packaged in a ROSALIE MCMILLAN gift box.

Orders

You will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order once your order has been placed. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Rosalie McMillan will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. Rosalie McMillan reserves the right not to accept your order for any reason, e.g. in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

Intellectual Property

This site and its contents are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of ROSALIE MCMILLAN. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, images, and logos. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Material from this website unless given express written permission to do so by ROSALIE MCMILLAN.

Returns and Refunds

We aim to provide you with the highest quality jewellery and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind and want to return your order you must contact Rosalie McMillan in writing within 7 working days of Delivery of the goods requesting a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch and your proof of purchase and your order number must be provided. It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. Items must be unworn (unless faulty), in the original packaging and must be returned securely wrapped. Items that are damaged due to improper care by the customer will not be refunded. If returning items within the UK, use the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, or a fully trackable service when returning internationally, as any losses or damage to items will mean that we are not able to provide a refund. Rosalie McMillan does not accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result of returning the goods, including any postage costs. Returns that are accepted will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
If the items are faulty then we will either offer an exchange or a refund, which will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions: Any bespoke or customised items of jewellery cannot be refunded. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned and refunded unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

If Rosalie McMillan has agreed to exchange your goods, the exchanged item/s will only be shipped once we have received the original goods. Please note, extra Delivery charges or additional costs such as import duties will be incurred by the customer.
